Our team is properly trained in the operation of equipment, risk recognition, and safe working practices to ensure every precaution has been taken to mitigate any potential for injury, chemical exposure, or environmental impact. This includes a jobsite Toolbox Talk each day, ensuring that personal protective equipment (PPE) is available and worn at all times, and equipping each of our vehicles with a first-aid and emergency response kit. R&P Property Preservation understands the importance of having the proper processes and procedures in place to deliver our client's solutions in the most effective, efficient, and safe manner.

R&P Property Preservation also emphasizes a proactive approach to education, certification, licensing, and compliance with Texas State Regulatory laws. Our teams are equipped with Commercial Pesticide Applicators Licenses, certified by the Texas Department of Agriculture, and receive 25+ hours of continued education per year through various continuing education courses with Texas A&M's Agrilife Extension programs.
